Once I have booked online, how do I know my car is booked?

Once you have submitted your online booking you will receive an email response from our booking team shortly after to confirm your booking has been made.sa quis enim.

Can I pay with my credit or debit card?

Yes, you can make payment in advance by credit or debit card by calling our office or you can pay the driver in the car as all drivers have the facility to take card payments.

What extra charges are there for using credit and debit cards?

A 5% surcharge is applied when payment is made by any type of credit or debit card.

If I need to cancel my booking how much notice do I need to give?

This can vary depending on what type of journey is booked. For most local journeys we would like at least half an hour notice prior to the booking. With airport transfers and longer journeys we would like at least two hours notice prior to the booking. Please contact the office for more enquiries.

What if I cannot locate my driver when being collected from the airport?

The driver will have been provided with your contact number and they will text you to let you know they are there. If you are unable to find the driver holding the name board, you can give them a call on the number they have contacted you from or you can call the office at any time and we can direct you to where the driver is waiting.

Do you provide child seats?

Child safety seats must be provided by the customer. This is for safety reasons as the customer will know the exact seat required for the child.

Is there any charges for waiting?

There is no charge for waiting up to 10 minutes on local journeys. Anything over 10 minutes is charged at £16 per hour. For airport pickups, the first hour after the flight has landed is completely free with no waiting charge. Thereafter, the waiting time is charged at the rate of £16 per hour.

How much booking notice do you require?

We recommend that you give us at least 2 hours notice for all long haul and airport journeys, however do give us a call anyway as we may still be able to provide you with a car. With local journeys, we require 30 minutes notice, however please give us a call as we may still be able to book you in with less notice time. All journeys vary so we always recommend that you contact the office for further enquiries.

What types of vehicles do you provide?

We have a variety of vehicles available for your travel needs. These include saloon, executive, MPV’s and people carriers.

Do you charge extra on public holidays?

Yes, there are additional charges on public holidays. Please contact the office for further details as these charges vary depending on the type of public holiday.

Do you offer company contracts?

Yes, we do take on company contracts. Please contact the office and ask to speak to the corporate department.
